Microsoft releases “Project Scarlett” during E3 2019, here’s what we know

The new Xbox, code named “Project Scarlett” was released by Microsoft during E3 2019. The console is set to launch during Holiday 2020. Microsoft says it will be able to perform at 4K with 120Hz Refresh rate, and capable of 8K, variable refresh rate, and even ray tracing. It will also contain a disc drive, contrary to rumors and leaks. They also say it will have an extremely fast SSD, faster than we’ve seen in any console. It will also be equipped with powerful AMD gear. It will come with a custom Navi-based GPU, a custom Zen 2-based CPU, and GDDR6 RAM. They also mentioned that it will be four times faster than the Xbox One X, which is currently the fastest console ever in existence. This console will open up an entire new level of console gaming. Open world games such as GTA 5 will run buttery smooth, no stutters to be seen even in high resolutions, and the high refresh rate of 120Hz will make it look even smoother and will definitely be noticeable in many good ways. Now don’t expect it to be any way near cheap, these specs are going to be expensive but I’m sure Microsoft won’t make them too expensive, if not, then you might as well get a PC. Get your wallets ready, and be patient, it’s gonna be a painful 17 months!
